Here is an interesting development, because the link to this headline leads no where, yet it appears in Google, which means the original article — appearing in the D.C. Examiner — may have been pulled.  Perhaps we’ll here hear more about this later.

Not to denounce Canadians or hockey in any way, but this doesn’t say much about hockey.  On the contrary, if true, then it says a lot more about President Obama.  In a positive sense.

In any case, they don’t play much hockey in Hawaii, where Mr. Obama grew up, so who can blame him?

“Perhaps we’ll here more about this later.” – I sure hope you know the difference between HEAR and HERE, but due to the nature of your post, no wonder hockey is just too fast for the slow-minded Americans that consider basketball to be an exciting spectator sport. Allow some type of goaltending in basketball and I might consider the players to be skilled…

Ouch! LOL. I actually like hockey, I just can’t stand the NHL. Too much brainless fighting. Olympic hockey is great, and college hockey is great — with little or no fighting. Maybe that’s the distinction I need to make, or ought to have made. Or maybe I’m just a “hater” because I never learned to skate too well.

how come a non-basketball fan is reading this blog? wow

and saying that bball players aren’t skilled is an insult to basketball players and fans.
