Obama deserves to be ogled showing off his 6-pack in a half nude shirtless shot

A hunky picture of President Elect Obama vacationing in Hawaii can be seen right here. There is something weird about ogling the President Elect but ogling most of us are!
I’m going to give President Obama (ok I’m counting the days) a nice back workout since we know that his pec muscles (chest) and abdominal muscles (abs) are as tight as can be. Look at that 6-pack.
Unlike the workout I gave you that calls for a three day a week circuit training routine where Obama would be working all body parts those three days I am changing it for him. Obama hits the gym frequently so working his back alone would be appropriate. If he is short on time I would recommend he combines biceps to his back routine.
Since Obama is not new to the gym I’m going to give him a more challenging routine. He will be doing 4 sets of each of the exercises below working from his heaviest weight to his lighter weight. That means he will go from 4 reps to 8 reps, to 10 reps, to 12 reps.
- For example he will start with lat pulldowns. He’ll do the heaviest weight he can handle but he only has to do 4 of them. He will then put the pin in a lighter weight and do 8 repetitions, etc. Lat pulldowns are done on a machine so he will be using a weight stack.
- Another classic back exercise that President (Elect) Obama will do are bent over rows. If he is short on time he can do both arms at one time. If not then one arm at a time will ensure that he is really focused. I would suggest he use dumbbells for this exercise but there are very good row machine (not rowing machines) at gyms.
- Narrow Dickinsons are perhaps not known to many. Years ago I worked with a Mr. Universe who taught me this exercise. What Barack Obama wants to do is go to a cable and put a short straight bar on the end. Facing the weight stack he will pick what he thinks will be challenging (and switch if he can do 4 too easily). He will hold the short bar at the ends and rather than doing anything that involved triceps he will stand farther away and pull down on the cable using his back muscles. This is a great exercise. I will be glad to show you in person President Obama!
- Reverse flyes will hit higher up on his back that the exercises above. He can do this with dumbbells or a machine or switch every workout. Using dumbells he will take one in each arm. These should be heavy and he may need a spotter for this one at least for the first 4. He will bend over a bit and raise his arms so he can squeeze his shoulders together. Another way to do this is by lying on an incline bench face on the bench and lift his arms. If this is a new one then I would recommend going to a machine. The pec dec machine, which works the chest, is also used to work the back. You’ll just turn toward the machine.
